cheoky. If Muhyiddin took over he needs atleast 2-3 months Not to go over the deal but to align his "mai cai" in Langat2 unless AijGor like Mahathir pre-arranged everythings.
Doesn't it contradictory to previous report? Reporter mistake or what. Thought land issue was settled and agreed long ago. Any mole updates from your side ar?

SHAH ALAM: There will not be any water rationing in Selangor, says Azmin Ali (pic).
In assuring this, the Mentri Besar said various measures were being taken to ensure consumers had sufficient supply.
Among the measures taken was building water tanks in high-risk areas, he said.
"Syabas (Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor) has been instructed to build water tanks in areas prone to water disruption," Azmin told reporters when met at the state secretariat Tuesday.
He said other measures included the Water Mitigation Project 2, where treated water from northern areas of Selangor would be channelled to the south.
"Treated water in the north of Selangor exceeds demand," he said, adding the situation was reversed in the south.
He said the project, a Federal Government initiative, was expected to be ready by September.
Azmin explained that Selangor had an ample supply of raw water in its dams, but faced a shortage of treated water as all water treatment plants were already working at maximum capacity.
On the state's water restructuring deal with the Government, Azmin said he had met Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Dr Maximus Ongkili last week to iron out three issues both parties could not agree on.
"The matter has been resolved but there is still one issue that needs to be agreed to by both parties," said Azmin.
He said the deal would be sealed between both parties within the month.
Azmin also added he met Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak after the National Finance Council meeting recently to get his and the Government's opinion on measures taken to settle the water restructuring deal.
maybe cheated is having the last laugh.... Light still there at the end of tunnel? Azmin bow down to Fed additional request... deal on....Roger stuck a lot?
So long can realize profit, despite just 10% or gross profit just 7sen/share of my target profit 70sen/share, should be ok also lar. Will wait for opptunity to re-enter again
attracted to OSK too, but all money tied up with Puncak. Dare not sell, going to feel extremely bad if I were to sell and only to realize deal sealed the next day, sigh!
However, i think both fed and state is sitting on the same boat. Both cant fail the water restructuring issue. Both got interests to make it through. Otherwise, both suffers some lose somehow....Issue remain is Bila....Having holding power to play this dirty dance with politician is small fish only advantage.....curse those politicians, false dawns many times.
Exactly, the water restructuring issue should be resolve ultimately, but the problem is when!!?? one issue after another !!?? yet Puncak deadline is closing again....heart beat increasing.....thus opt to realize 7sen/share gross profit first, wait for clearer picture next
Rozali issued ultimatum oh for this extension... dont know how ugly will is turn out. Unless Azmin bow down to Fed additional request or Muhyiddin play hero push Najid down and give Azmin and Selangor something cheer about. Otherwise, it is long journey down the road.....Or Fed relent withdraw this add request.
hng33, seems like the restructuring has only one last hurdle, i.e., the land. And its an old issue that can't be addressed unless either side, state or federal, decides to give in. Guess this is also why I dare not sell after holding for so long, anything is possible in this BOLEH land
If the deal is confrim seal, just jump back again with margin account, (buy high sell higher), if delay, wait for opptunity to re-enter, (sell high, buyback lower) if Puncak refuse to grant extension, then bye bye.
Exactly, the land issue.....the major roadblock,.....Azmin and Ongkili manage to resolve it earlier in which fed give up to force state transfer the land, but latest news is that Fed DO NOT honor its earlier promise, update the clause.....still insist state to transfer the land......
Agreed with kahhoeng too. Cant totally withdraw from Puncak. Bolehland in Msia. It is in both parties better interests to get it done. How they seek a compromise? I am clueless now. Thank for hng33 advice. Bye bye isnt what I want to see......
KUALA LUMPUR: The Selangor water restructuring effort has hit another snag.
Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali said the water deal which was supposed to be finalised soon might be delayed further.
"This is because, we (state government) had received a notice from the Attorney-General's Chambers today saying that water assets listed by the state government (in the agreement) must include land beneath and over the pipes.
<p>"It was previously agreed that the assets owned by the water concessionaires listed under the deal would not include lands in the state," he said when met at the Parliament earlier.
<p>He added that he had sought help from both Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on the water restructuring exercise for the state.
<It was previously reported that Azmin has voiced its dissatisfaction over the
<p>Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili had said ministry was finalising the supplementary agreement, which included the revised list of assets owned by Selangor after numerous delays.
<p>Azmin was previously quoted as saying that the state government could not finalise the deal with the federal government as it did not agree to the term in the master agreement which stated that listed assets would include the land above and below the 26,000km of pipes belonging to the water concessionaires.
hng33, what do you think of BJCorp? I sold mine at .395-.405 when needing funds to add Puncak late last year/early this year. I am thinking to hold 6 months to a year for a potential capital gain but a bit concern about its big villain boss
Roger where are you. Told you weekend "black hole" Cannot read AG mind. But land is not a issue(already agreed)--it is throw in on Mon to buy time for AijGor (very uncertain time)
Azmin: Putrajaya delaying water deal James Sivalingam | July 7, 2015
Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water constantly shifting his position and keeps dilly dallying
Azmin-Ali,Maximus-Johnity-Ongkili
KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor Menteri Besar Mohammad Azmin Ali warned on Tuesday that if the Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water (MEGTW) Maximus Johnity Ongkili continues to blame the Selangor Government for the delay in the water deal, while constantly shifting his position on the matter, he has no choice but make public the demands the Federal Government was trying to impose on his administration.
“The Federal Government was deliberately delaying the agreement. This is highly irresponsible.”
Azmin was speaking on the sidelines of the Opposition MP’s emergency meeting at Parliament.
The Federal and Selangor Governments, said Azmin in citing one example, previously agreed that the water assets owned by concessionaires or CCWA would be transferred without the land.
“The agreement was reached. I received a letter from Maximus on 3 June, confirming it,” said Azmin. “But today, I received a notice from the Attorney- General’s Chamber’s demanding that the land be transferred as well.”
Azmin expressed disappointment that despite the series of meetings and discussions with the Ministers involved, including the Prime Minister and his Deputy, there’s no positive development on the water agreement, and the MEGTW was “dilly dallying” on the matter.
NOW let see who will be the dark knight rising from this water deal. Sien. Muhyiddin or Najid. No worry selangorian, I save u. Azmin said thanks. Pray....
