angiess, you will need to call broker for help. If you receive the proposal from Puncak, there's a section at the end seeking your vote. I hold my shares in margin account, just need to sign a form by my broker and they'll handle it from there

Learnings from Puncak acquisition :
The best weapon a minority shareholder has against a major shareholder is to decide if he wants to continue invest or dispose the investment. Trying to influence the direction of a company will not work and not necessary as well. Our objective it not the well being of Puncak, rather the well being of our money. There is definitely better companies than Puncak.
