Can anyone enlighten us whether the Bangsar South and Cheras Projects can commence before December 2015? It seemed to me that they are still awaiting development order approval. Why it takes so long?

"The weave" is a freehold project. According to the customer service, 70 % of service apartments sold and currently selling at RM700/- per sq ft for those higher up units. Buy Eupe Corp Bhd as this company will soon report good earnings.

Eupe is having a large GDV for on going projects in Bangsar South and in Cheras. I believe coming 2-3 quarters results will be good and likely a declaration for dividend as well.

Eupe is due to release its QR this month. Judging from the share price movements and its increased volumes, I believe insiders are buying into this counter. Why? Very likely QR is good.

My friend's friend told my friend and my friend told me on last friday last minutes. He also say might rise to RM1.5. But he didn't say too clearly about how his friend know that... Maybe you are his friend because both of you saying similar thing, hahaha...

this remind me a very famous story in sg petani, a reputable bizman in sg petani tell him brother that his comp stock will go up from 1 to 2.60 soon and ask him to buy and don't tell anyone. his brother bought the stock and even borrow money from bank to top up. Then he tell his close friends and his friends tell their close friends. Then the stock drop to 0.26 cents. His brother then commit suicide. A true story in sg petani well known in our town. ..
