it is just like the KLCI 30 index. ASEAN 40 Index consist of 40 top-performing and large market capitalization stock to reflect the ASEAN stock market performance.

I believe its a good time to buy Digi shares....for the past 1 month the price has been consistent in the range of 4.5 to 4.7. Don't think it will go lower than this.

Not a good time to buy and not a good price to buy. Too expensive as the PER 29.98. As the growth rate is flat, you have to hold for long term for the price to appreciate. Last qtr profit down -38% compares with preceding qtr. Also price war among the telco companies. The dividend yield may drop further in future as the profit is dropping.

hard to tell as we dont know why EPF selling shares, either they trying to buffer potential future losses from GE.. not only DIGI but Maxis shares also been sold and buy and sold like digi by EPF. It's still a good hold as Digi has shown in past even without 3G spectrum they still manage to get it from TIME and improve it's profit and share price growth. The attraction is not now as they have to spend CAPEX for expanding their network. It's still a dividend stock, so buying when it's dropping it's good for long term investment.

@ Jacklim13 and teewendy, start buying now with 1 lot everyday (at the lowest price or as low as possible) from now onwards until the election is over.

Since you all want to keep it for long term investment. You got to start somewhere - why not now? It wil be somewhere near $5.xx before mid-2014 or may be sooner...

Will DIGI cease operation in Malaysia? Not likely..isn't it? At least not this year or next year...so buy now and sell when near 15-18% profit
