let say FY 2016 at EPS 86.3 sen, taking undemanding PE at 7, price shall be RM 6.04, every extra 1 PE means additional 86.3 sen potential upward. today USD 4.11/MYR. Ringgit depreciate like shit.

Please bear in mind, to those never attend last year agm , I have to mention it again , latitude has imply the buy back shares thingy. If you intend to make some noise and shake our confident towards Latitude. Please at least make a sound TP, RM 2.5 ? Haha. If you are warren buffet then it is possible. :) (Sorry if I am rude )
profit dropped 1.35% only n still making but the stock price tumbling ....? This is the ploy to buy lower still by some major shareholders to collect cheaply from desperate clients... Tuesday, 24 May 2016
6:59PM LATITUD Nine-month net profit 63.117 million (decreased 1.35%)
i switch latitud to liihen. goodbye latitud, good stock but your main problem is low liquidity, fund wanna buy also stop. no bonus share ok but then please split share.
would splitting shares help?? It may and may not. Have a look at Evergrn which has 846m shares on issue. It's liquidity is ok. Yet it is trading below its NTA($1.37). The PE for Evergrn is more or less the same as Latitude. Both were trading below 7 not to mention that Evergrn is actually paying a dividend. This is a new phenomenon which I do not understand either. I suspect the major shareholders trying to keep the price down for one reason or another.
I believe the management need to be a bit creative. May be they should look at the possibility of taking over Evergrn and Hevea by way of cash and scripts to compliment their business rather than keeping cash for expansion.
The latest statistic release in US shows that the new home sale is the highest ever for the last 8.5 years. There is also a building boom in Australia and NZ. Hopefully the revenue and profit increase in Q4 follow by a dividend distribution
