If they are smart they ought to pull out from the 3sen queue and let the counter get a bit of traction. They would be better off with a bigger spread.

On 23.9.2021, recorded the buy and sell transactions involving Dato Joseph and Victoria Limited with the same quantity of shares (2,000,000 unit).

Maybe its an off market transactions between them. Dato Joseph acquired 2,000,000 units of shares from Victoria Limited (a substantial shareholder) at 5 sen per share... MAYBE....

MQ is proxy

No reason for MQ to do this in itself

Someone is using MQ as shield to have control of shares

MQ is a legal shield and nominees who own the shares via MQ need not reveal their ownership

Last round run to 9 cents they realised they dont have enough shares to justify the operation

So take a year to gain another 20% for control

MQ did not buy at 2.5-3.0 cents and sell at 3.0-3.5 cents...they merely distributed it to parties acting in concert to ultimately control this counter

2) Victoria (of Hap Seng) sold 2m shares at 5.0 sen on 23/9/21 and on the same date CEO Dato Joseph buy 2m shares @5 sen. (2,000,000 x 0.05 = RM100000)

as volume trading at 0.03 is high today, think this week will not have new share subscription from MQ. At end of the week, bornoil likely to trade more at 0.025, only then MQ will subscribe the share at 0.025.... MQ will not even want to subscribe any price higher than minimum subscription price of 0.025.... bornoil will not move despite billion volume traded.....

yes. May down to 0.02. history showed. In 2017/18, Esos at 8/9 cents, yet bornoil still dropped after Esos to 0.03-0.04 before Covid....

We are con by this Macquirie Bank and gold exploration report. Both of them from Australia, most probably the act of BOD.
They find gold, buy company with gold mining expertise. But after so many years, still no gold mining activities.
