shortfall for the repayment of the guaranteed serial bond due on 14 December 2019.

Technically speaking, the risk of default is resolved and Bursa will grant the waiver of pn17 after capital reduction and share conso.

Capital reduction will make the balance sheet more transparent due to "unknown asset value". SCOMIES management made a few impairments for last quarters report to show the actual value of assets. This exercise also helps SCOMIES showing growth after oil price trending up lately.

Scomies result just out!!

Looks very healthy

This quarter is positive without impairments like last quarter.

Scomies with assets above dry land should not have impaired it's assets like overdone

Alam has all it's assets in the sea and under the sea yet alam reports no impairment

Scomies rm200 millions borrowing are backed by almost Rm300 millions in ppe

Cash over Rm30 millions and Rm50 millions lent to Scomi mother more than enough to meet loan repayment

From all angles Scomies' problems are minuscule unlike Armada having Rm9 Billions debt in it's balance sheet still share being chased up?

Sapnrg also got Rm10 billions debt

Market has totally overlooked Scomies intrinsic value

Scomies should revalue it's assets like masteel and book them as profit

Nta should then rise to 50 sen or more from only 17 sen

It's assets some of them listed at "nil" value

Oiltools business bought at Rm1 billions marked down to a mere Rm300 mil? Again overdone

This quarter result already positive

Contribution from Rm600 mil drilling fluid supply to Kuwait oil Corp only commence next year.

So good value and prospects have been totally overlooked while sorchai chased Armada with Rm9 Billions debt and Sapnrg with Rm10 Billions in debt

Q2 = 119.9mil
Q3 = 107.8mil

REVENUE FOR SCOMIES HAS BEEN DECLINING EVERY QUARTER. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!

Look at next year revenue

1. Rm600 millions revenue from Kuwait oil Corp secured

2. Petronas still got Rm16 billions upstream capex to spend

3. Indonesia shifting its capital from Jakarta to kalimantan might spur coal as demand for cement is expected to increase

AND cement needs coal of which Scomies doing the transport

Plus if Brent crude still at above Usd60 more osv might be needed

Nice to see many familiar names here..

I always believe that the only way to learn about a company is to put in your stakes in it. So when Scomies announced positive result, yesterday I tried to test the water. I throw in 2K into Scomies at 0.08 just for fun since it closed at 0.075 the day earlier. You know what? I got it immediately. Now it has retracted back to 0.075. This is my 10th Fossil Fuel Battleship. I will call her Vangelis..
