all these news of project approval may be tricks to push up shares prices so big boys can sell at high price. SBC's news on Jesselton project approval pushed prices up, big boys sold for big profit, I got caught with holding dead stock, and till now no news on the project going ahead.Lost lots! Beware !

Just wondering, yong tai was a loss making garment maker, its China partner , sino hangjin holdings ltd is a loss- making cushion- package maker. Both have no experience in property but they venture into such a large scale property business in melaka, is it viable? Do u think they can last till completion of the project?
Sharesa, no worries. As you said how can a garment manufacturer develop a RM5.4B project. PTS Properties has reverse take over Yong Tai Bhd last year. And since then, it's a steady rise of Yong Tai shares. PTS PROPERTIES SDN BHD has developed The Pines Hotel, Jaya 99 in Melaka which houses AIA and the Prudential Insurance and many other multinational companies. They are now building Marriot Courtyard Hotel next to The Pines Hotel.
Please Google check the above names. Sharesa. PTS also had built few high rise project like Jaya 33 and Setia Sky Residence as contractor. Hopefully you have heard about this 2 buildings. They are not garment factories.
