this time i am very confident with the new management team. the weak Boo is out of picture. With the fresh funds coming from China & HongKong, and with the Malaysia government commitment with China developments, this is a very favorable situation for Yong Tai. The cherry on top would be, if Dato Leong decides to merge the group; this will bring multiplier effects to the share price and group's momentum. Stay tuned.
In Bursa Malaysia, anything can happen, once start goreng, confirm sampai hangus, got debt or not, profit or loss company, good or bad management & etc also can fly and goreng til hangus down back to the floor. example dataprp & etc.
Dato Leong Sir Ley is the iron lady of property. 来头不小。Her business get support from Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, China, Dubai, Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore, the Middle East, Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom and more.
Change of new owner will cause bankers would have to assess the new owner, and there's a big chance they'd withhold money for the business at first (they're also concerned that incidents like the bahvest case may occur) especially during this tighter credit control situation...
if weak Boo is still running the business, bankers definitely will rethink. but Dato Leong that bought 90mil shares to come and play the game? I'm sure she has her way around bankers as well. With this kind of dry season in the banking scene, and the debt that Yong Tai has because of weak Boo; you think banker likes weak Boo more or Dato Leong? Ha ha...
