If you know stock very well, this stock is following the main index to move up. It will follow the trend to be up. I think when it reach after PRU14, probably it will be down trend already. Just follow my advice and buy now. Dont wait it rise then later you regret.

Big player always buying stock when some news is going to announce soon or there is better profit in coming quarter. Stock value is lower now.
As i know, their 3rd quarter profit is 4.57million now.

But their current awarded two project already worth more than the current profit which are
216 Million + 250 million which mean they will have better profit announcement in coming quarter.

company ni memang rare, gem of the gem..ada 3 main divisions (tiles, construction, property).. senang-senang je nak dapat maximum profit dengan low cost..kalau tanah 500 ekar tu buat Rumah Mampu Milik, sekejap je habis jual fasanya..

Tapi sayang towkey tak pandai buat duit..Kalau seacera ni jual pada Ecoworld ke atau Scientex pun lagi bagus.. at least dorang tau buat biz, pandai buat untung..semua happy..
