If you have enough earning from CBIP, sell off and release cash is also an option; if you would like to invest in another share. Since CBIP currently move to steady growth; will not be like other fast growth company. Nothing wrong to sold off share, advice can be consider; but do your own judgement. CBIP is one of the star share i hold and give me quite good return/dividend. Unless it business and fundmental/ management team change, if not will be holding it.
