1. Ignorant uncles and unties are selling without knowledge. 2. Stale bulls taking small profit. Don't! Learn like ColdEye to expect higher profit. 3. Panic and losses in other penny stocks without fundamental caused people to hold back in fear.
For those who Know and got extra Cash - this presents a good buying opportunity.

Calvin Tan Eng, looking at GSB's Balance Sheet, it's current ratio is below 2 and Debt to Cash is more than 8 times....are you sure this Company is not a potential PN17 instead? Current PE is -70...should be price less than 1 cents.
Say is easy...think carefully, one project costs millions right....their cash on hand only RM5mil...not enough...need to borrow from banks...i.e. liability goes UP!

sold half my holding entered at 0.09. guys, GSB has the history of pump and dumb before financial report but i think GSB is a very good bet still. i sold high and bot back many times d in the past 3 yrs.....i keep half because this time the movement is higher. just sharing my observation, the rest u guys sendiri decide.
Now got Cash=5.771mil Borrowing=49.016mil Net=-43.245mil S/O-528mil
G residence 70% sold @ RM400K avg, profit margin 10%=480 units x70%x 400Kx10%=13.4mil EPS=0.025
another way is avg selling 400K, earn half 200K=67.2mil??? is the land cheap? another website said GDV 233mil, 10% margin=23.3mil.

Yes, that was the propounded figure from Osk/Iskandar Top Boss about 2 or 3 years ago.
At 9 sen Gsb should make 9 sen then (on condition that G Residence is fully sold) which should equal to 100% gain and therefore he arrived at the price of 18 sen target
However, just as in nature there is no straight line so GSB did not follow that pattern exactly.
In fact there was a fear that G Residence might fail because of loan curb by banks and also the impending glut of high end condos in Iskandar.
In that scenario I sold out my Gsb position. So I fully understand why ColdEye sold it then.
But that was then and things have turned out favourably for G Residence for these reasons:
1) Population growth in Iskandar along with good jobs. At 7.9% population growth there is a surge in demand for landed houses and mid range condos like G Residence (high-end condos are another story)
2) The pechant for Banks to lend within Rm500k margin augurs well for G Residence. Above Rm700k to Rm1 million properties face very stringent loan. So lots of rejection there.
3) The rise of Sing dollar from Rm2.45 to Rm3.17 (about 30% currency gain) for those Johoreans who work in Singapore suddenly translate to better purchasing power. So more can afford to buy plus Banks also more willing to lend.
4) Coupled with the revival of condo sale in Singapore optimism is now returning to Iskandar.
5) There are other sanguine factors like upgrading of highway from 4 to 6 lanes, gentrification, remaking of Giant shopping mall nearby and the imminent opening of the Largest IKEA in Asia within 5 minutes drive in Tebrau.
So many positive turn of events have now lifted up G Residence as an ideal home with security in booming Iskandar
