I have been looking at GSB since last week but have yet to jump in. Really regret . Was told by my Remisier that the hype about GSB has not much to do with their current projects but more of a potential RTO target by Datuk Tee who owns Kerjaya Prospek.
Apparently Datuk Tee also has extensive property development businesses that he owns personally and not part of Kerjaya Prospek Bhd. He now owns 16.7% of GSB after taking the entire 20% Private Placement last year.
Datuk Tee did RTO of Fututec Bhd and injected his construction businesses and today its known as Kerjaya Prospek Bhd.
Anyway, not sure if same thing will happen to GSB.
at least calvin doesn't tell people to go chase at high prices not like kyy sendiri buy at low price let people know he bought when he price of the stock is already up at least 30% already
After noticed the information shared by calvinteo on 02/04/2017, I bought GSB with an average price of 0.1025, however I decided to dispose all my GSB shares tomorrow to get approximately of 35% profit.
I decided to dump the capital with the 35% profit gains from GSB to top up on the KERJAYA-WA as I believed could earn more profit from KERJAYA-WA in my opinon. Based on same recommendation by calvinteo.
But why not follow ColdEye's example of holding out for outsized gains like 100% to 200%?
For GSB there is hidden latent potential just like Focal Aims when it was 11 sen in year 2009 and Tebrau Teguh when it was only 10 sen before year 2005. These were 40 baggars (Focal after turned Ecoworld) and Tebrau after name changed to IwCity.
So for GSB 1 or 2 baggars is highly possible.
So try let the winner run.
However this takes time.
"SUSTAIN YOUR PATIENCE GREAT MOVEMENTS TAKE TIME TO DEVELOP"
Anywhere buying GSB in 2017 is still better than buying GSB in 2011. Why? There are so many undervalue stock all the way back in 2011 but now most are over value. Buy GSB or buy any other over price profit making shares will possess the same risk.
Then you would have avoided Public Bank at 80 sen during the Asian Financial Crisis
You would have avoided MyEG when it was 10 sen
Avoided Ecoworld.Focal when it was 11 sen in year 2009
Avoided IwCity/Tebrau at only 10 sen before year 2005
Why avoid GSB NOW that you KNOW it has Assets still at Old Book Value?
Why avoid if you know ringgit has crashed by 30% against Strong SING $$. Now all Johoreans working in Spore with only $S2,000 (Rm6,350) can qualify buying a Unit in G Residence?
Why miss a gem because of naysayers & idle talkers who end up pokai when you are going to make 100%? 200%? later?
Re: calvintaneng. Johoreans working in Spore with only $S2,000 is low income group, after rental, transportation, insurance, food expenses, they cann't afford G Residence. Haha
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
