Hi newrookie, to do a pp and sell 10% shares at RM 6.257 m , then the company is good for some investors to pay up such big money for the shares. Tiger is a prudent company, low in debts, well managed, able to complete the project in Sg Buloh with CF on time. All the 170 units 3 storey link houses SOLD OUT !

Investors will only pay a big sum of money for pp in a good company. Tiger has all the qualities of an excellent company. Prudent in spendings, land banks in prime areas, capable of completing projects with CF, and most of all the ongoing project in flagship Telaris Alam Impian is ON !

Is tiger really that good ? If yes, then its previous rights issue wouldn't be greatly undersubscribed. Moreover, it uses the share par value reduction to eliminate its huge accumulated losses. What a cover up!

I went to see their projects in Bukit Sri Aman. All sold out with many occupants, sir. Also went to see the Telaris project, now it is ON. Will update in i3 on the Cheras and Gombak project.

I agree with you ,sir . It was not so good and sleeping for many years because housing market was bad. Now the housing industry is recovering beginning in year 2015. Lets hope Tiger will soon hit 10s.
