Unlikely to start from rm2 even after ex bonus and share split. If it were to ex at current price of rm7, the theoretical ex price will be rm2.33.

It is bonus 1:2 first after that followed by 1:2 share split. How can u say it to be divided by 4?

Say u buy at rm 7 today, the price should be rm2.33.
It should be : 2 times 7 divided by 6

All resolutions for the bonus issues are approved today. CEO LTKM says he expect the future of the company is bright due to its cash rich situation with zero debts. It is the leader of poultry and eggs currently which command a desirable value. He said no need to worry and congratulate us for being faithful to the company.

Based on NTA is 5.11 now with a par value of RM1, is it correct to say that after Ex after bonus and split with par value to RM0.50, the NTA will roughly be half?

Wrong, the current Net Assets for LTKM is rm3.65. After the bonus n share split, the NA will be divided by 3 = rm 1.20.

我不知道在哪里看过，这支股是卖鸡蛋给新加坡与台湾，得益于马币贬值。
马币贬值在短期内是否恢复，我觉得这是看个人的判断。
不过，我个人觉得，马币贬值短期内不会恢复。

而且美国升息，美联储说九月可能升息0.25%，注明“微调”，我相信不会对鸡蛋股造成冲击。

LTKM, truly a no-brainer investment

Net Cash per Share = RM 0.51
Investment properties = RM 1.22
Investment securities = RM 0.83

Total liquid non opearting assets = RM2.92 per share

Cashflow situation ? Superb with free cashflow yields 13%.

Buying a profitable business excluding cash and investments at only P/E of 3.75x. Ridiculously cheap...

Yes baiyuensheng, i mentioned to u, if LTKM last traded at rm7.00 before ex date 276th June, the theoretical price upon quotation will be rm 2.33.

Stanley : The IV for LTKM is rm12.70. Although it sounds ridiculous to be achieved now, but it tells me something positive on LTKM : That the price of it will move to at maximum rm4.23.

I think it will ex at RM6.95 tomorrow. Friday start with RM2.32. Then it is very easy for syndicates to push up.

Stanley : Market was bad yesterday and today ; it is expected to go down, but it is not too much judging from its rise since rm4.00.

The share price is ex bonus 1:2 first then share split 1:2.
So if u have 1,000 shares, at the end u will have 3,000 shares. They will arrive by July 4th the bonus shares,

You shouldn't be afraid of this stock.
