yes we shall see atleast same eps or more for next Q. As long as oil price stay below 60 usd, i see no reason how MYR can make a return. it probably takes 1-2yrs to recover to 3.3-3.5 level provided oil price stay above 60ish usd.
Magni bonus issue indicate they wana push up the price.
1. MD bought 2.55 million shares off market. Why he did that if magni going down.
2. Vincent Tan sold partial since few months ago,the partial as in not more than 10%, possible of increase market liquidity.
3. Cotton price has dropped since mid 14, which the raw material cost reduce. If they bought using USD, that could be hedge automatically.
4. If you worry of the drop from 4.66 to 4.5X, please check magni chart, it will jump one gap above, drop a few days and move up with turtle speed. Don't trust me? check the chart now.
