Pg 77 of the audited reports indicates the gain by USD strengthening against RM by 10%.

(a) within the last year changes were 30%. That means = RM 5M x 3 = RM 15M
but perhaps some of these already been reflected on the last 2 qtr results.

(b) For predicting the next quarter, we see a gain of 15% within last 3 or 4 months.
That's like RM 5M x 1.5 = 7.5M per annum = ~ 2M per quarter rise.

Guess RM 2M profit rise per quarter is conservative...as the raw materials are purchased first before getting sold...and that may have a retention period of more than 3 months.

So...its gonna be interesting..

MAGNI better. MAGNI is selling to NIKE. NIKE will do well regardless of economic situation. KESM earning not as stable as MAGNI .
Prolexus is better, but at current price too expensive if compared to MAGNI.

I today also buy in KimHin instead of KESM because KimHin has a lower pe ratio.

selling below market price, likely that some one is selling to him rather than he is buying himself. whatever it is, the macro economy is not doing well nowadays, better be careful and reduce exposure to market.. keep more cash.. this kind of market situation even good stock also hard to perform. people are protecting their capital against systemic risk

generally, the KLCI is still not out of down trend yet, the support for magni is 3.78. will have to trade carefully, would sell some at this level to collect back at lower price..

Today I top up more at RM4.15, as VS & SAM 50 cents eps companies all above RM5.
No way Magni trading below RM4, I'm confidence Magni should be able to trade above RM6 by end of this year.
Any1 plan to attend Magni agm in Penang? I wish to attend too.
