Magni ,with ROE =19 , PE=8.++, DY=3% ,export base company, pure cash status, which makes me consider it as the GEM of KLSE. In fact Mr Bear , if you want , you still has the chance to sell your share at RM4.8. Although your buying price is RM4.7 , u also make some kopi duit mahhh....
Every uptrend share has it adjustment , and it is the best time for people to top up/accumulate/buy in. Even VS last time had once dropped to RM5.10 , before it rushed to RM6.5 .

On the dip today..i have a feeling its coz people
migrate to O&G other trends from USD benefitting stocks..
which had advanced quite a bit recently
just because RM strengthen a little against USD today.
I see no rationale.

Magni and other export themed stocks are in a dangerous position. Much of the information about a weaker RM benefitting these companies have been discounted in the share price. The smart money have all bought into this investment since a year ago. The jack up in price to RM 4+ is done by late gamblers like Rosmah. The sentiment around export oriented stocks will be crushed each time RM strengthened by 10 cents. If you think RM is going to RM 5, then Magni is a good buy no matter it is PE 10 or 20. If you think RM is going back to RM 3.8, i am sure Magni would trade much lower.

May-End of July quarter report , USD range from RM3.6-RM3.81 . Now USD at RM4.23,let say it is strengthen to RM3.8 , the range still from RM4.23- RM3.8 , SO WHAT??? ^^

MYR 4.36 now....Assume that by end of Sept the USD will be MYR 4.30, the average for 3 months ending Sept 30th for USD will be about MYR 4.02 ( July 1st = MYR 3.76). This price range is approx 24% higher than in 2014 same period.

I see no complication...
it only makes me more convinced that
the weakening of RM is for the long term.

As i view the USD weakening against EUR means
its already accounting the FED's interest rate decision.
The weakening of RM is DESPITE the above event.

So...after this i only see room for further strengthening of USD
against all currencies globally...

Apparel contributed 30% of nike profit. Footwear about 62% and the rest for equipment and other brand division. 10% growth for footwear, 5% growth for apparel..... However, magni is not the only supplier and we do not know how much contract they have with NIKE. Just keep monitoring the Q result will do.
