I think tomorrow price will drop - sell on news, buy on rumour. 2nd thing is that the closure of the SIPP will cost Magni RM 2.7million, which will eat up on its next quarterly results.

The Closure will not have any material effect on the earnings and earnings per share of
the Magni Group for the financial year ending 30 April 2017.

The Closure will involve ceasing all its manufacturing business activities, the disposal of all the assets except leasehold land and factory building, and settlement of all the liabilities of SIPP. A total of 121 employees will be made redundant by the Closure.
Based on preliminary review, the Closure will cost approximately RM2.723 million.

Last yr net profit was 82mil. This yr 1st half was 52mil already, if you think cost of closure which is 2.7 mil will affect this year's result, pls sell at all cost, dump the share fast.

My take on this quarter, revenue was increased to 42% compared to last year, but EPS down 12%, dividend was trimmed to 5 cents, was expecting EPS reflecting from huge hike on revenue.

nakata, eps up, not down, the effect was cause by bonus issue last yr.. Pls check report released in KLSE website. First half of last yr div was 8 sen, 1st half of this yr div was 10sen already. I really don't know how n where u get yr info.

nevertheless, the margin also lower due to higher operating cost, don't get me wrong, i still count this as one of the good counter, just i think the earning is not reflecting to revenue boost.
