Oh? Nike Q2 also came out already? Hahaha thanks for sharing. I have little doubt about Nike's ability to grow. The world still so huge with many new potential emerging markets like India Vietnam Myanmar etc not China alone. With their marketing strength and innovation, I have hood confidence in Nike. And when Nike does well so does......do your own due diligence. Good luck.

Good company with strong and stable growth record, good dividend yield, good cash position and cash flow. Company still expanding. If now is not the time to buy, i dont know when is. Look at the price now, its totally undervslued

I do not know if Tan has a good sense of business or not. Not enough info to judge. The company started off as a plastic and packaging company. Didn't do so well. Then they diversified into a totally different business which is the current one, garment manufacturing. Then one in 2014 they mentioned want to look into property development which is another totally different business. What I see now is that the company have a very very valuable asset which is the garment manufacturing business. But I must give the management team credit for consistently sharing profits with shareholders. kudos.

Magnitech's revenue mainly was from exporting apparel to US market.
The President-Elect Donald Trump's inauguration is scheduled for Friday 20 January 2017. And he has commited to quit TPP on the date he take the office, so might impact the future revenue of Magni.

red_85, CY1214, sometimes it is good to take precaution. However, I would have to agree with optimus 9199, chshzhd, tanhengjin. I am one of the earliest writer on Magni and this counter have never disappointed me in terms of ROE and DY. The only thing it disappointed me is with the capital gain. I am of the view this is simply because of the continuous selldown by Vincent Tan. IF not for this, Magni long has broken the resistance of RM4.40 towards my initial TP of RM4.80. Rumours are rumours, but it still a rumour until proven the truth. As for TPPA scraping, Magni will not be affected because even before the implementation of TPPA, Magni already has been continuing delivering record Revenue and Profits. So it is also inaccurate to attribute TPPA to Magni. I believe Magni fall in share price, provides opp for collection. Feel free to read this if you require more information on Magni.
