Hopeless authority and professional body which encourage wrong doing and massive write off, yet without appropriate actions. No reason that we are not top in the list of worst performance market.
Hi B4b4, I have read the latest announcement many times over. The good news is the Bank of Nova Scotia as the Petitioner for Desa Potensi Sdn Bhd has intended to withdraw the winding up petition against Lonbisc. The rest of the news are old news.
..KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 3): London Biscuits Bhd’s external auditor has resigned, as the firm does not have enough resources to provide reasonable professional due care to the company and its subsidiaries.... the most unprofessional body is the professional body. If there is a common class action can be taken, minority SHs should take action challenging substantial amount of written off within a quarter.
Lonbisc cash flow account ie cash generated from operations is RM 21.221m as at Sept 2019. That is still positive. The total Annual Revenue is RM 391.730 m which is far better that 2018
Positive NTA at this price, negative NTA at this price too. Why? Bcos is just like in casino, buy big or small as far as within our own tolerable appetite.
Dato Liew still has about 22.556m shares, Members One Ventures Fund from Sydney holding 33m shares and someone coming in on 31 Jan has about 29m shares
Another default yesterday... To the professional auditors, professional body and authority....London Biscuit Bhd, which is facing a winding-up petition, is writing off RM363.16 million of receivables in the fourth quarter ended Sept 30, 2019 (4QFY19). How much was owed by Kheesan if any? London chips in Thai, for eg, was distributed under kheesan name if not mistaken. The Qulaity of ex auditors is certainly in question. As for the receiver, what is the basis of writing off? Good management case study and audit case study.
New owner buy through open market? Haha did someone notice especially at 0.1 price, there will be sudden spike of seller queue, and then instantly eat up. Even occur at 0.095 price too
@abc, if you monitor price movement today, there always a sudden spike sell queue at 0.1, and then gt buyer sapu all within minutes, and then this thing keep on repeat and repeat till 0.1 make up such huge volume today. If want to trap retailer, base on previous few weeks volume, why suddenly retailers rush in at this price?
