This counter is following the footsteps of VINVEST AND KANGER.
Same price before conso exercise materialise.

IF VINVEST & KANGER TOOK LONGER TIME FOR CONSO WHICH ABOUT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS THEN THIS AGES WOULD GO THE SAME TIME FRAME.

EITHER THIS CONSO WOULD BENEFIT INVESTORS I'M NOT SURE.

Consolidation of shares is only a corporate action, it doesnt change the value of the company, if you only look at corporate exercise, then GENETEC bonus issue is shunning investors and scam as well, what is the purpose bursa allow corporate exercise then?

If consolidation and rights issue allow company to raise fund in right and controlled manner, then by all means they should do it. Otherwise no need get listed, go borrow from bank or loan from your grandmother better, wont dilute boss shareholding

Do your simple calculation: conso 15 into 1, now its 2 5 cent × 15 = 37 5 cents (on announcement it was 4.5 cents × 15 = 67.5 cents) , just the announcement, it drops 2 cents or 44 44%.
Same game like ARBB, the rights be 25 cents as indicative, ie to be at 25 cents
That means it will drop further to 25 cents or 1.5 cent before conso soon.
Like Arbb, on announcement on RI, it was 28 cents, and indicative right price is 12 cents. Today its 12.5 cents.
Owners may have throw heavily out from 6 cents to 2 cents and collect back all at 1.5 cents..
They make few hundred % before you all fool here and dont know what to do..
This is CCB FATTY LIEW ..

See ARBB..exactly the same..
Similar to XOX group pattern...playing reverse ways to cheat shareholders and play funds from fool investors to buy listed companies..
SC and Bursa must be blinded by their actions

Directors using easy way to raise fund from shareholders pocket instead of from business profit to boost the company cash. Most of the cash will be used to cover annual losses and utilised for other purposes that are not benefiting shareholders.


Modus Operandi
Directors frequently issue new shares to PP, ESOS, RI
NOSH keep growing til multi-billion shares and EPS keep dropping
Directors propose shares consolidation 10 or 15 or 20 to 1
After consolidation, directors raise fund again by offering RI with free warrants.

Cycle will repeat.

Trade wisely, be very careful with low price penny stocks with huge NOSH of multi billion shares

His experiences include highway infrastructure design, water supply management, water resources and dam construction, sewerages, landfills and waste management.

The webinar aimed to share Malaysia’s experience in the digital transformation in the construction industry towards the adoption of Industry 4.0.

The presentation covered the introduction on Industry 4.0, Malaysia’s policy in the implementation of Industry 4.0 and the emerging technology in the construction industry such as building information modelling (BIM), industrialised building system (IBS), drone technology and other emerging technologies.

The recommendations on how the construction industry can move towards the adoption of Industry 4.0 were also discussed.

PASB continues to actively offer virtual webinars and courses to improve the competency of PUJA members and the construction industry, with its mission of ‘Promoting Awareness, Improving Knowledge and Enhancing Experience’.
