Now I know why Mun Hong says jaycorp should worth no less than RM1.30.
If you look at Hevea, it has an estimated earning of 4 X 4.63 = 18.26 cents. At the price of RM1.58, Hevea's forwarding PE is 8.6.
Since Jaycorp has the estimated earning of 4 X4 = 16 cents, at PE of 8.6, Jaycorp's current price should be at RM1.367 by now.

Ayoyo: i redget i didnt have the gut to enter RM0.9x last year when i spotted this share. Now already rm2. It is a good company but i wont enter anymore. Kimlun not my cup of tea as i try to avoid construction company if possible
