why up?

1- acquired INSTYLE SOFA boast future earning (future target 20-25cents)
2- PE around 10, if coming QR record high then EPS can hit 16-18cents
3- very high DIV yield (10cents about 6%++)
4- if future earning up, DIV also up
5- Sustainable business

I'm start buying since 80cents; and still buying last week at RM1.46. If every year got 10cents DIV then I dont mind keep long term
