Just look at the 5yr chart, at 40cents, its at a 5yr high. I didn't look at the annual report. Put your hard earned money in good companies for longer term might work.

This is the beginning of an uptrend, TA giving target price 60 cents.
Dividend policy 50% profit payout, 0 debt, director buying back shares.
