Nothing is as simple as mere coincidence. Good news may come sooner than we expected and the first good news may come from Sarawak. Gadang will give some projects to DWL as the share price of DWL now can affect the valuation of Gadang.

Sarawak state government is not as transparent as federal government. Why i said so? If you look at the background of the first listed company awarded by the Sarawak State Government to a large contract, you will understand.

Nope. Many people will just hold the mother share after converting the warrants since it is not profitable to sell. Those people have become real investors with holding power as they paid with cash

Great time to go in right now and buy at a discount. Gadang bought 10% at 0.90, it's not likely to go below that. Right now like usual in Malaysia people are just panic selling, so it's the best time for real investors to go in, especially when the armchair traders are spooked.

It is true that the warrants are converted into mother share at an exercise price of 0.60, but you must know that the purchase price of these warrants was very high. I expect more and more warrants to be converted into mother shares in the next few days (Many warrant holders have been tricked to provide capital to DWL). Their cost is higher than the price of mother share so they are unlikely to sell it.

Just hold, you are buying for its long terms potential. Please don't treat it like a PN17 company. It is a cash-rich company with projects on hands.
