please do not ask money from the minority shareholder,as i guess only small portion of stakeholder willing to subscribe right issue at this moment when market short of money.(not a right time)
dont simply make a silly mistake cause the rest of the shareholder suffer! who are the consultant in the company can provide the fair & true view of the value of this land.Because in KLSE there r so many cases where company buy land at higher price,finally end with delisted & minority get nothing (ie : Anson that i brought 1996(NTA RM4.5)delisted until now.

i consider it still long way to go due to uncertainty when company acquire new land,Every time when there is a acquisition, they need to spend at least 3 years to turnaround /double it revenue.Every action need to take time to generate the fruit. This counter not for short term, dont ever follow the market sentiment like what you invest in semi-con industry
Dont happy to early,as i forsee there is a selling pressure at RM1.83.Every time when people buy at above RM1.83,there is a secret hand who sold 100 lot to 380 lot . Be careful when trading(This happen in Perdana when everybody enjoy the party,but the result come out with loss.

I believe johotin is doing well as I mentioned. Johotin is the last counter I dispose all my share. But believe me the perfect storm is very near us now.... I too small to fight tsunami.
Johotin is a good counter. Even if johotin keep going up when crash time I am no surprise. Because all my income is from investment income I just don't want to bet. Good luck guys. Been here more then 3yrs. See you guys after tsunami.
i also hope perfect storm will reach soon,otherwise no incentive can help us to boost our economy. At the same time i do believe china share market will recover within 6 month time due to this perfect storm (Coronavirus).
dividend lower maybe due to two scenario: first is PAT lower than 10 million, another scenario is Johotin keep more cash to buy land. First scenario may be due to higher raw materials price so lower PAT. If second scenario, Johotin want to keep more cash for next expansion (buy land and build a new plant), so temporary won't be high dividend payout company.
