news from the abu dhabi deep throat. the abu dhabi cash of RM25 million will be contra with properties there. total of RM100 million of properties for the JV company ( 4 partners each share 25% ). looks like the 31 Dec is a nightmare for this company. if the properties are easily sold, what for the client want to contra? think about it. cold sweat lah this time.
