Whatever it is. Better go mid to longterm. Short term there is always manipulation, sometimes too much. Only if you are very good at chart reading and understanding sentiment then you can make money. Even volume they can manipulate by selling and buying between the same group. So for short termers dont enter this counter. A lot more counters in klse to consider.

Yes i can see the buying and selling volume is manipulated which the same amount is transacted.. Left hand to right hand, create volume.. People who no patient just go off... And wait after broke 1.4 then come back with uptrending.. Btw could you tell me how a boss benefited the most from the bi issue? As what you mentioned about Tguan

Obviously someone purposely pressing down the price for some purpose maybe to fix the esos issue price. Once, the esos issue price fixed. The price will skyrocket!
This stock should worth at least RM1.8~RM2 base on FPEx8.

常年大会要点
1) 今年业绩会非常的好,Dato Doh信心满满今天的Revenue会达到1B, 比起2020年税前盈利,今年将会有20%的涨幅。
2) Tapah的项目会在今年的第三季开始出售。发展项目总值1.9B。预计2022年开始贡献盈利。
3)每个单独项目都会贡献大约100mil的税前盈利。2021年开始会是公司很好的一年。
4)管理层会积极的购入更多的地皮来供未来的发展。很多项目都在排着。
5)下个季度可能会派发终期股息来回馈股东们。

市场的流动票少的可怜。30大股东都占了90%。很多基金都握着票。等esos价钱定了下来就会起跑。如果不是esos,你觉得能在这个价位买到吗?

esos价钱不美他员工不买啦。价钱高过市价不如在市场买不好。所以他要压得低低才fix esos 价钱。等esos有了价钱就起飞了。

Lagenda 主攻的是二三线城市。
往往这些地方就是没有大型发展商原意去发展起房子。
所以Lagenda可以说是没竞争对手。二三线城市的人们也需要房子的。
能够做到成本低目前为止我看只有Lagenda能够做到。
因为Lagenda是发展商,建筑商和建筑材料商一体化的房产上市公司。
没有别家。

Lagenda手头上的发展项目已经去到60亿了。可以媲美本地数一数二的一级房产商了。

个人觉得Lagenda绝对可以媲美Scientx, Matrix这种靠房地产起家的公司。一线城市的房市已经饱和和出现泡沫了。价钱又高,没什么人负担得起。我国大多数发展商都是主攻高收入和一线城市的市场。
马来西亚低收入者占了大多数,反而这些组群的人被忽略了。你看有哪个发展商会为了低收入者而去发展可负担房屋???有是有,好像什么1prima之类的可负担房屋计划。。。自己看有哪个成功的,而且1prima的价钱也真不是“可负担价钱”。没什么房地产商去接触这个市场因为profit margin真的很低,很低。没什么肉吃。所以他们情愿主攻中高级房地市场。

为什么Lagenda能有这么高的profit margin. 很简单。
因为他们是发展商,建筑商,和建材商一体化的上市公司。

在马来西亚真没几家能够做到一体化的。

你看好想E&O, SP Setia, Ecoworld他们开发的项目都是sub给好像Kerjaya之类的建筑商去做的。所以
profit margin就刷薄了。


而Lagenda就是自己开发项目,自己建筑,自己和自己买材料。所以profit margin可以去到25%左右。
