The other one is what? No brain company sec posted an "opinion" for the staff who got voted out of Egm. Not even an announcement.

Its so clear shareholders voted their view, playing words doesn't change the shareholders right. Some people including company sec needs to be send to form 5 to read basic role of board and shareholders.

Has many opinion shall go sue company, not abuse Bursa and ignore basic shareholders right.

Now some strange people use teh eng huat to cause iretex drop legal action on "Teh Eng Huat", in exchange for Teh Eng Huat to cause harm to his prey. Some strange ex staff also hug the lamp post despite being fired and spread opinion and funny notices on bursa made bursa looks cheap and no standard. Ire-Tex Corp Bhd Independent Director Mak Lin Kum said the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) convened on 27th April 2017 for the removal of several directors of the company was invalid as its was riddled with unusual conduct.

I would not think Elite Cosmo Group Ltd would buy iretex if it is worthless and take the trouble to call this EGM. My personal opinion is there will be more story to develop but eventually it will explain who are Elite Cosmo and Bluechip and their intention of buying the shares. Hopefully, good will win over the evil.

Police were here. Few staff go up office confessed. Heard few days Chin will be wanted.

The few staff in iretex by now felt foolish listen to Chin story. Workers are not happy with Chin but what to do. Chin said so confidence shareholders support him. Now shows 90% support "fires him".

Staff all feel cheated.

Shareholders are not with Chin.

He is just a liar telling lies.

Their bosses are shareholders, not the Ex-staff Chin. All staff standby to report once Ex-staff Chin force them to do thing or ever contacted them after EGM. Hope bosses spare the staff, they were fooled beyond their will, nobody wants to go to jail.

The few staffs up there already confessed. Poor staff being told lies and being used. Management says bosses already spare most of them who came clean.

Chin should wakes up now and ask for mercy. Maybe too late? Tomorrow staff go office hear what latest story about Chin Tai Look. If he is not being captured yet.

Staff just want a safe job. Chin forgot who pays him salary.

Chin Tai Look after ahareholders call egm to remove him in early March, still subsequently appoints 2 new directors to the board. Shameful. Shareholders already wanted to fire him he appoint new directors?

Also after March, in bad faith Chin also help criminal Teh Eng Huat escape iretex legal suit and Chin reports new legal suit on iretex former supplier. All in a rush before he is being fired. This is serious covering up by baking a story for criminal Teh Eng Huat. During Teh time, all staff knew the company lost so much money buying his Holland factory with fake contracts. Kulim factory also so much money stolen by Teh Eng Huat. This made the staff curious - why is Chin really risk his life to help Teh Eng Huat? Was it worth it? Worth how much? What he gets from this criminal? All staff are angry why Chin did this. Small people also angry why Yap did not fires him earlier. The bad faith is so obvious when Chin did all these "after shareholders wanted to fire him".

Correct, Sc and Bursa should send people capture Chin in egm.

Office staff is now wanting to beat Chin up after being cheated by Chin. The floor workers and even toilwt cleaner jobs are fooled by Chin, all waiting for him. Anyone knows where he hides? 200 staff wanted to see him and take a piece of him.

Directors are answerable to shareholders. Independent director is not supposed to give command and spread misleading statement, not to mention go against shareholders. Exercutive director is not supposed to cause harm to company and select his own directors going against the shareholders mandate. Further more the proposed directors have direct conflict related to one independent director, means non independent at all. Board is supposed to protect shareholders right, especially right to call egm and vote. Employee suppose to follow bosses' mandated plan, vision and mission.

Group of moron just breach all of these director duties and trying to cause harm to company and shareholders. Chinese saying di belah 5 kuda 五马分尸 also not good enough. Wonder what iretex angry employees going to do to these morons.

If this is not es hole enought to put behind bar, what else could authority put an example of moron pretend to be saint? Iretex employees would be stupid not to kick some es holes.

It is blessing in disguise, when there is disagreement, the directors of each opposing groups help to uncover all the weaknesses of the system in board governance and their wrong doing. If there are elements of crimes, hopefully all the committed would be asked to return all the money to the company and jailed to send clear messages that our country did not tolerate this kind of activities, be it corruption, abuse of power, breach of trust or others. The new owner can review the system and structure of board governance to prevent future recurrences. Operationally, this company has a bright and sustainable future and growth potential. Jack Ma is making Malaysia a distribution hub and this company's packaging expertise in heavy and special product such as solar panel, medical and aerospace products, and others. Demand will grow and profit will follow. But things may get worst before getting better, speculate for short term share price spike may be disappointed.
