Yearly Dividend is 4%. or 2 cent (i.e. RM20.00 per 1000 units share) because the par value of the company is RM0.50.

Very good. I once bought this PPG with my Johor Friend years ago & sold it before the Lehman Brothers' collapse.

After I saw Stockraider comments I went to check on its Assets. In Jalan Penaga Taman Pelangi, Johor, PPG has an Office consist of 3 row of Shop houses bought altogether many years back for a total cost around RM1 Million.

Further down only just doors away one unit was recently sold for a cool RM1.8 Million. That unit sold was in original cond. Pelangi 3 units were all renovated with high quality mosaic years ago. So if revalued PPG 3 Shops should rise to Over RM5.4 Million from Only RM1 Million today.

PPG is definitely an undervalued counter.

I bought 10 lots at 53.5 cts
I bought 20 lots at 52.5 cts.

I waited to buy more if it drops further but alas! It went up today before I finished buying.
Never mind lah. Let others make some.

I think PPG should rise like MUDA which I bought for only 35 cts long ago. MUDA is over RM1.80 today. I think PPG should be at least worth 90 cts. Half of Muda's price.

Note ppg's publications go out around december to customers/bookstores.
Collecion only occur after 6-9 months..and also returns. Be careful.
