@patrick13, logically it is good sign. But in realistic world, the banker purposely want to trap people to buy in or average their cost.

@ davidkkw.. Good point. Anyway, we still need to go back the fundamental result. We cannot just watch out the court case only, if the Co didn't do well the business means all is empty promise only. The coming Quarter result will reveal everything.

@david.. I have a different view on the vol buy vs vol sell. If banker is disposing, means they need to sell aka mark down where we normally see vol sell > vol buy and price dropping. But if price drop and the vol sell is less then i would interpret it as we sell and banker collect.
