Dps is very similar to gsb. Both were previously focus on manufacturing and later diversify to property. Dps price now is somehow look alike GSB in early day before gsb property start generating obvious revenue. since the property project of dps in malacca will take place on jan 2017, aside from court case, its price still has room to grow.

Oversupply of properties is bad for the economy as many developers will not survive,at the end causing a lot of abandon projects.Their lending to the purchasers may cause cash flows problems to themselves.On the contrary unwise inverstors may end up losing their properties at foreclosures by the developers through the heartless ah long.Also the bankers will not lend them the money if they have charged their properties to the developers making it impossible to borrow from bankers at the first place.
1)The best is to let the EPF to guarantee monthly payment to the bankers for 24 months if there is default in payment due to temporary unemployment of its members or financial difficulties.
2)For this service get them to pay some insurance premium for this coverage.
3)Also for 1st housebuyers allow them to withdraw from its epf saving to settle the differential sum between the loan and the purchase price.
