Tey bro, you are right. Price should be around 0.12-0.15 now. 12.5mil is much help to company cash flow. Now market cap only 40mil. This hot cash Is 30% of market cap now. In long run with good Qr, price can be stand back at 0.50. Only don't know when this giant want to wake up from long sleep.

MSIG has agreed to pay RM12.5 million ..but rumours,till now it is not paid yet due as certain legal paperwork’s are still pending.....and consent Judgement must be registered and served on MSIG..which can still be appealable witinh 30 days of lodgement date ..should take around a month from 31-12-2019 announcement....hope around CNY

usually 2 weeks needed to complete signing final documents for 12.5m. Peter will announce full
disbursement and he received 5mil cash while we receive one packet of firecrackers and some

Most likely privatisation by Peter , but ar what price...definitely around 10 cts....as Peter & cronies are holding at least 80% voting rights..and with the normal reasoning as per many mandatory takeover that for the past 8 years, DPS has been trading in the range of 5.5 to 11 cts etc....the offer price of 10 cts is reasonable to all minority shareholders..
