hi... That means interest based on settlement sum of RM12.5M for almost nine years from 2011 will come to appro RM5M ....So total amount recieved will be appr RM17.5M
This will add in 3cts to its coming EPS.

RM12.5Million is final figure which is including the annual interest ( All-In settlement figure).

As compared to RM24.5Million the final settlement figure is merely 50% against its initial claim sum + interest.

To me, the news is not positive.

Ask yourself, will DPS announce special dividend to reward its shareholders? This one-off gain will not push DPS to next level.

The best catalyst is DPS invite white knight to rescue the company or sell the entire stake to others.

I think the share price alr moved to the best level @ 0.08. Beware not to chase high, insider knew the news and sapu for the past few days. Their cost is about 0.65 to 0.70, I suspect they have unloaded some of their stock at 0.085 which is close to 25% gain within 1 week.

Hence, very high risk to chase on tomorrow.

However, those who insisted to chase high, good luck to you guys.

No reason for the share price to move without any catalyst. The insurance claim is in-fact a hair cut of 50% (not so positive). So you guys do the judgment. The money is yours.

If the final figure is RM24.5Million then is a good news.

RM12.5Million (how much is the legal fees?, I think easily RM2.5Million)

so DPS can only take home of about RM10Million.

RM10Million have to minus the loss of operation (happened 7 years ago) and loss of business.

This RM10Million to me is peanut.

If the coming QR result is good, then more reason for the shark to push the price down.

So conclusion is, shark made 1 round of money before announcement of material litigation.

2nd round of money is tomorrow to sell to those who wanna chase high.

3rd round of money is to buy at low price after those ppl who chase high to cut loss.

4th round of money is to sell after announcement of QR result.

So my advise is: to sell tml to lock profit, wait for the price to drop then buy and keep, sell after QR result.

Follow shark to made 4th round of money instead of 1 round.

Many naysayers working hard to get ppl to sell at 6 sen just a week ago. Now working hard to get ppl to sell at 8 sen. On the other side of the fence, the optimist eyeing more than triple the current pricing. The more talk, the more attention. Last 2 days volume is low even though the sharks were trying to accumulate for another kill. Next 2 days will see who blink first. Once the spotlight is on, the mayhem begins. Buy at 6 and sell at 8 no longer applies, it's Peter's call now.
