Tek Seng looks undervalue because it drops the peak and more than 50% discount. But do we value a company based on how much it has dropped? What's the reason cause the drop? Don't tell me because small fish is selling lo.
Tekseng is not fundamentally strong like Oriental and etc. They are in high gearing to build the solar business. The solar glory is dimming until a date that we do not know.
Cut loss is important. No shame on losing money and everyone has lost money experience But it is a shame to continue to hold or even average down when the fundamentals have deteriorated
So many joker here. look at the net asset per share. even if tekseng close down now, just selling all the asset also worth 0.71 per share la... only idiot or margin player will sell their share below 0.71
@stockmanmy I think what dizzy meant is if they voluntarily wound the company up. Receivers would only come in if the company was on the verge of insolvency i.e. tak boleh bayar hutang and kena sue. Of course, if that happens all hell will break loose and you know la...what will happen to the share price & NTA.
Yes is true do not buy share based on NTA, but it can be a reference. no doubt for ts to perform well like the first 2 quarter this year, solar business must back on track. solar price is now more or less flat, no more dropping. with increase order the cost will be cut down as many cost are fixed cost such as salary, employer benefit and etc. what ts need to do now is expand their customer base and fill up their production line to be more efficient.
allow me to warn you No one should buy this share unless knows the directors personally and got assurances from them This is because based on public info and FA, this company is months away from bankruptcy.
Wow...the company has not turned a quarter loss yet and you are talking about bankruptcy. Yet companies like sumatec and thrive have big cash flow problems is still around.
think to all the annoucements and the extraordinary risk of this industry...
latest result....$ 90 million stocks they cannot push ( a huge jump from previous quarter) , $ 180 million borrowings.....you are looking at bankruptcy, not just a bad quarter.
Wahaha, what are you doing here? there are lots of selling Q there till 0.68. Eat all these selling now...show me your power if you ever have ! don't talk talk ....
I always wondered how people made money in an industry product prices down every month. I was hoping this is not case with this company but it is confirmed that TS is just such a company.
