Yes, the Dividend Yield data say 4.7% or xx% is based on last 1 year company performance during the good time.

Please do take note ,there is no dividend in YR 2014 and only 1 time dividend payout from YR2010 - 2013.

In short, it is not a definite payout, it depends on profit.

i still remember when people say mobile phones pricing will be cheaper when mass-produced in big scale so mobile phones prices will be cheaper and cheaper in long term... i bought my flip covered motorola phone for RM800 not so long ago but now Hua Wei, Samsung etc are selling mobiles from RM2k to RM3k to get a decent phone, so why do you think mobile phones when mass-produced in bigger scale will become more expensive? is this similar to PV prices?

daily basis technical chart might start the short term rebound if tomorrow is green. weekly basis chart still showing the down trend, cautious for long term.
technical chart is just a guide on the price moving trend, to up or down by the human emotional reaction. for long term, it will go back to it fundamental factor.
