Tekseng had a nice bullish consolidation pattern the last week. I did a followup on this stock and gave away strategies to trade this counter during that tight range. Unfortunately, it was only in my full writeup. Nevertherless, This stock is looking good to rally past the 80sen level this week. I did take note of readers concern on writing when the price is slightly high. Therefore, to address those concerns, I did a writeup on ARMADA on the 10th Feb before any rally on ARMADA when the stock was still trading at RM 0.62sen. The price of Armada closed at RM 0.725 last Friday. For reference on this article, kindly click the link below
TS Solartech S/B is not a direct subsidiary of Taiwan's listed Solartech but a JV company with Tekseng so the taiwanese Solartech's revenues as published in their website do not reflect the sales/revenues of the JV company directly. Just keep an eye on the coming result most likely this week.
Other divisions of Tekseng should post steady & positive results but watch out for it's solar division.
The recent price surge starting from 06-Feb could possibly insider-related buying. It could be due to the reason that insider know the coming result is good. I'm just speculating but the strong volumes ranging between 07-10 Feb & with price still steady is suggesting to me that the coming result could be good hence the strong take-up rate of the shares.
Remember the retrenchment of the contract workers last year in september where the "internal memo" about the retrenchment was leaked out earlier & caused the drop in share price? Sometimes such dodgy leak of information can also be useful when those insiders working in the company could possibly know the coming result is good or better hence driving up the share price. Whatever that is, u should plan your trade well for the coming result this week.
when tekseng delay the quarter result announcement, it means problems arise soon. This make me remember of Gadang, the delay annoucement give shareholder a bit more time to sell their stock
I do hope TS will do well. Have cut loss when it drop from the peak. re-enter at 90+ and sold with 10% profit. Re-enter again at 70+ and sold with 10% profit as well. Recover all the losses in TS with small gain. ^_^ So now waiting for TS to weaken abit before reentering...
better don't release the QR else you will be crying .... look carefully on the price slump from Nov to Dec 2016 ... chun chun the accounting period for the last quarter ..
well i thing teh reversal is just started, teh share hobble between 0.765 & 0.805 and back to 0.765 !! to me it is an indication that a storm is building up and sooner or later once teh QR is issued TS will cross 0.85..
ThisKUALA LUMPUR: The Energy Commission is conducting a second competitive bidding process for companies to build large scale solar (LSS) photovoltaic (PV) plants in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/ Labuan.
It announced on Tuesday the plants will be connected to the grid and sell their energy to Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) or the Sabah Electricity Board (SESB) under a solar power purchase agreement.
“The LSS capacity to be tendered will be from one to 30 megawatt (MWac) with a target aggregate capacity of 360MWac in Peninsular Malaysia and 100MWac in Sabah/Labuan, which is expected to be commissioned by in 2019 to 2020,” it said.
This is boost for Tek Seng - no wonder it has started moving up. Several listed construction companies are already bidding for constructing LSS PV plants.
