Hi all

From the 2015 annual reports.

Uncle Ah Seng is going to double its 2015 280MW capacity!
It means 2016 Ah Seng will install to 560MW capacity!

Last QTR EPS 4.02 cents!
MAY 2016 will release Q1 financial results.

My estimation of next EPS will be 5.2 cents!!!!!

Let's see what is coming EPS,

太陽能電池廠昇陽科（3561）公布4月份營收10.8億元，僅比前一月份微幅下滑3.4％，相較於市場評估4月份的太陽能電池價格重挫、恐嚴重影響電池族群的營收表現來看，昇陽科的4月營收表現算是優於預期。而昇陽科昨（3）日在台股重挫之際，股價反而以小漲2.08％作收，也是連兩天收紅，頗有築出小底的意味。

另外值得注意的是，昇陽科目前的「金雞母」－馬來西亞廠，因持股並未超過5成，單月營收因此並未納入整體報表，而是只認列獲利，以當地廠區現階段供不應求來看，若是能將馬來西亞廠區的數字合併，甚至有機會「超乎預期」。

昇陽科4月份營收10.8億元，比起去年同月的5.98億元，足足多了80.6％；累計前4月營收42.31億元，則比去年同期成長68.6％。

昇陽科總經理張錦龍日前表示，馬來西亞廠目前接單的毛利率遠高於兩位數，雖然整體市況降溫，但該公司繼第一季繳出獲利成績單後，第二季「確定能賺錢」。

儘管外在雜音不少，但昇陽科今年將雙管齊下，分別在台灣和馬來西亞，擴充太陽能模組和電池的產能。昇陽科表示，模組廠目前產能約60MW，預計擴充翻倍至120MW

突破100GW，未來走向分散式

歐洲全境的太陽能發電系統併網量在2016年第二季正式突破100GW大關，未來的需求將逐漸走向分散式系統，且以英國、法國、德國為主要的需求國。

根據海外調研機構IHS所做的統計，受歐盟〈再生能源指示〉（Renewable Energy Directive）的政策驅動，加上各國所推出的支援政策，歐洲境內的太陽能併網量從2005年的3GW成長到2016年第二季已突破100GW。期間的太陽能發電成本大幅降低了80%，亦功不可沒。

然而，歐洲要邁向下一個100GW，可能會面臨不少問題。

EnergyTrend分析團隊指出，以義大利、德國為開路先鋒的歐洲國家太陽能市場，早期受FiT補貼政策驅動，因此需求成長快速、大型電站裝置量高。隨著各國陸續調降FiT補貼或刪減相關補助，市場也逐漸走向平淡。

EnergyTrend估計，未來歐洲全境每年的新增太陽能需求量會維持在7GW左右，其中3.5GW來自英國、法國、德國，另外3.5GW來自其他歐洲國家。雖然歐洲的大型電站建置熱潮漸退，但因太陽能成本降低、民眾接受度提高，未來分散式太陽能系統的比重將會持續上升。

Chickmonk, if you can find Q1 SolarTech's $X million NET earning contributed by TS solar Malaysia,

The formula for Ah Seng Q1 2016 $NP= $X million * 50%/40% + Q415 PVC net earning ( estimation).
