Profit after tax (“PAT”) attributable to owners of the Company from continuing operations of RM1.67
million for the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to RM6.11 million in the previous year corresponding quarter, showing a decrease of RM4.44 million or approximately -73%.

This mainly due to decrease sales in transformer and lighting segment. Furthermore, lower gross profit margin, increase in selling and distribution expenses as well as administrative expenses resulted in the decrease in PAT attributable to owners of the Company for current quarter.

This will be the once in a life time game changer for Success.

All the old street lights in West Malaysia , Sabah and Sarawak need to be replaced

Seems is core loss, not due to impairment....

Loss after tax (“LAT”) attributable to owners of the Company from continuing operations of RM3.24
million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020 as compared to Profit after tax (“PAT”)
attributable to owners of the Company of RM2.14 million in the previous year corresponding quarter,
showing a decrease of RM5.38 million or approximately -252%, was mainly due to lower sales in
transformer and lighting segment, written down of inventories and loss on foreign exchange.

Q4 revenue should be highest in this year, due to many countries is spending money to boost up the economy. Germany lights and building trade show at Frankfurt....etc. looking forward for EPS above 3sen. Stock price ~ RM1.20

No need to worry of right issue, or private placement as this is cash rich company.....with NTA RM1.40

Good example is Ipmuda. Nobody paid attention to it, after news announced price suddenly shoot up sky high.
For this one, once good quarters announced no one will sell it at 56c anymore.
