wow, lucky didnt buy when ask on 31/03 previously, if not maybe i am buying at 0.16, now 0.11, what a (paper) loss if i keep it till now. Even when it's awarded by a big project, still couldnt move an inch to the upside, it's terrible company...

This type of stock is only for short and contra only. From past records had always making losses and worst private placements/raising funds (seems/akin to) was used for the survival of the company. With lots of government contracts or whatsoever also no use still cannot make profit showed management is lousy.
