Thanks, I will take a look at the blog. Normally I do not pay much attention to these blogs as the authors may at times have direct or indirect interest.
CT, Directors disposing is a very common phenomenon and most of the time has no impact on the price. In fact after the directors's disposal the price keeps inching up, albeit slowly.
You can see under the company's announcements that the disposal is a few days ago at a price (quite a large volume of shares) of 30 sen. Yet it moved up to a high of 31.5 sen on Friday. So, what does it mean ?
Dont ask me! Read the company announcement! Director already made half million from his disposal and still has 38% holding of shares in hand! Can easier make few more million next week! I dont tell to buy or sell, i am just curious why dispose now at highest 52 weeks!
CT, just think logically ! The stock market is not so simple and can be dictated by the actions of the directors. Then we might as well follow them, if they buy we buy, if they sell we sell. Then there is no need for TA, FA or any other investment strategies.
haha... there are stock, ceo / shareholder buy, but price drop till no tml.... on the other hand, there are stock, ceo / shareholder sell, but price up till no tml...
no fixed rule in this game. one should justify through volume and company future plan as long as revenue made n good management in making PL.
Anyway I just happen to spot the counter and ask you to take a look at it. At the end of the day, you have to use your own judgement and decision. Normally I do not bother what others say especially if not supported by facts and figures.
Haha, tq inwest88 & not forgetting fortunebull of yr kind hint. Of course, i ll always follow my trading plan to trade. No worries, mate. All the while, i ve not read any co reports to trade but will curious to ask if it s infront of me.
Haha, you cannot expect a director of a company to hold on to their shares forever. They also cannot predict the market. It often happens that after a day day or two, the price shoots up. Kim Yap Lau has a good point.
On 26/9/2013, director disposed 15 million shares value at 4.5 millions! The rest small disposal value half a million! So correction, director already made 5 million! Dont throw insult if you dont check the announcement! I am just telling the situation! Up to you to buy or not!
As i said the res0.34 is too close to the current price n risk is higher than rewards if i enter at 0.315. Play by the ear. A plane not yet take off can see heavy thunberstorm (0.34) within visibility, so do u think the pilot will fly? Fruitful with peaceful discussion that shld b the way.
after went through a restructuring, the share price started to go up, expectation from investors on this particular company is increasing i assume. IMHO, buying from director is a good sign, but don't get yourself confuse and struggling if you think that the business is good albeit the director is selling. probably you can look up of the % holding of insiders currently.

hiddengem, I came back late after breakfast, queued at 31,5 sen. Didnt get but got some Homeritz. Was eyeing Furnweb before I went out again, No movement! came back just now and the price shot up by 7 sen, nOw it's up by 10 sen, Missed again !
hiddengem / CT, the dividend is yet another catalytic factor for the share price is go up. Based on the closing price of 31 sen yesterday, it is equivalent to about 4% (higher than FD rate). And CT, do not be affected by directors selling off shares. This is a typical example !
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
