fattmoney PARB is selling "certain materials or other goods" to FIRST SOLAR INC. Those should be aluminium materials. I think FIRST SOLAR INC imports and fixed the PV locally in US.

Looks like First solar revenue going to be increased due to US impose tariff on imported solar panel from other country. May be this could be the reason why first solar giving such contract to PA.

PA will be benefited, more order is coming to PA, US buyer will order solar panel at Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and not from China to avoid higher tariff.

yup agreed..syndicate is heavily collecting yesterday at 0.115 & 0.120...looking into yesterday morning volume it is well distributed by syndicate to push up further later.As always sell on news effect is to create panic.Although PA is running from as low as 0.04 until 0.13 highest yesterday it is still at early stage...waiting for wave 2 now!!
