Market bad, I sold all to turn cash now. Crude oil new low at usd53. Market already rebound 100 points from 1670. Window dressing done for this year. Market will down another round. Whatever good news also useless now. Sell first, talk later.

It PE is < 10. .....in rm1.80 and support with warrant and bonus. So no need to worry. If this low level is for warrant price fixing. Then you will got higher warrant listing price. That is good for us. So it stay at this level for week for warrant price fixing . Dun push it up.

Happy for u all if the price go up but the ex date for bonus issue with free warrant suppose to announce after 23rd of Dec meeting also no news already. Seem like something is going wrong.

Owosela, someone mention ex date for bonus with warrant will announce in Dec and ex in Jan, but where is the ex date announcement? This is what I mean something wrong.

Guys, don't get me wrong. The fundamental of this company still good. The reason that I sold because of overall market sentiment. I still can recall when our index drop to 1671 and Teoseng drop to rm1.49 also. I sold now and I can buy back later with lower price if I want to. Otherwise where to get so much cash and keep on buying.

受氣候及飼料問題影響，雞蛋產量減少，促使雞蛋市場出現短缺現象，導致雞蛋售價創歷年來最高，并預計這般「高價」將持續至農曆新年之后！

儘管產量減少，但並未嚴重影響市場的供應量，市民仍可從超市、巴剎及雜貨店購買雞蛋。
不過， 受產量減少影響，雞蛋如今的售價創歷年來新高，AA級雞蛋目前零售價為每盒（10粒）4令吉55仙、A級則是每盒4令吉50仙，以及B級雞蛋則是每盒4令吉40仙。

隆市零售及雞蛋批發商李澤欽接受《東方日報》電訪時表示，從12月初開始，A級雞蛋已維持在每粒4 5仙售價，隨著聖誕節到來，政府宣佈雞蛋列統製品，當時價格下滑至每粒38仙。

「不過當5天統製品期限一過，雞蛋售價又回升，而目前仍未有降低的跡象，下週也將維持現在的『高價』。」

他認為，雞蛋產量減低，是受氣候及飼料問題影響，進而造成市場出現短缺現象。所謂的飼料問題，就是有些雞隻可能「吃不對」或「體質」關係，造成無法順利產蛋。

「相較于上個月，雪隆目前的雞蛋貨供應量已逐步回穩，反之北馬方面的供應量會較短缺，因為聽聞有檳城的蛋商有意要從雪隆地區『找貨』。」

未影響市場供應

雪隆蛋商公會會長黃華星受訪時也表示，受缺貨影響，目前雞蛋售價創歷年來最高，一托30粒A級雞蛋的批發價為12令吉90仙，即每粒43仙。

不過， 他認為， 如今雞蛋的供應量只是稍微短缺，并不嚴重，畢竟民眾還是可從巴剎、超市或雜貨店輕易買到雞蛋。

「產量只是少一點， 相信是因為之前雞蛋出現供過于求的情況，所以雞農現在少養一些雞隻。」

「我相信，現有的雞蛋價格將繼續維持到農曆新年之后。」

他也解釋，不同地區所出售的雞蛋，價格也會稍微不一樣，如一些鄉村地區的雜貨店，每粒A級雞蛋售價或可達到50仙。

檳貨源穩定　A級蛋調漲10仙

檳城的雞蛋產量雖有下降，但市民還是能如常從雜貨店、巴剎或超市購買到，沒面對嚴重缺貨問題，惟每粒A級蛋的價格相比4 個月前調漲了1 0仙，目前為45仙。

檳華商業聯合會會長陳貞耀受訪時說，當母雞產量減少，而小雞又還來不及長大及時頂替老母雞產蛋時，市場的雞蛋來源就會減少，相信現在也是在面對這種過渡期。

他表示，雖然雞蛋產量減少，但貨源還是很穩定，檳城的消費者可如常購買雞蛋。

「雞蛋現貨還是充足，我的店每天賣出幾百顆雞蛋，只是蛋價會稍貴一點。」

州內一名雞蛋批發商則說，在聖誕節期間，政府有指示各級別的雞蛋售價必須每粒下調4仙，如今聖誕節已過，雞蛋價格又慢慢回升至原本的價格。

農場減產所致

他表示， 雞蛋貨源足以應付市場需求，只是價格會調高一些。「有運了一些雞蛋去吉蘭丹賑災，可是並沒影響檳城的雞蛋供應。」

另外，雙溪大年雞蛋食品批發商李慧玲指出，市場供應不足主因是農場減產所致，其實這情況已持續兩個月，但相信在華人農曆新年前可恢復正常狀況。

她表示，由于供應量不足，間接造成消費者吃價格較昂貴的雞蛋，目前A級的雞蛋批發價為41仙，AA級42仙、AAA級43仙。同時她也否認是因為賑災而導致雞蛋貨源短缺的情況。
