Based on annual report 30 largest shareholders, some fund already buy in this shares like from CIMB fund, RHB fund and EPF. So if you are long term investors, buy on weakness. I believe this share is going to shine again next year as the company has strong management team.
Even the owner not confident in his own company. Just for some small profit he can cause panic in other sharholders. And reduce his overall market value of his shares. Silly move.
The sale is by the director's spouse and is only a small amount. But still in the weak market, she should not have sold since it will reduce confidence, cause the price to drop further and reduce the market capitalisation of her remaining shares. Domestic quarrel with her husband perhaps?
In fact directors, as a matter of principle, should not sell their shares especially in a weak market. If the directors have no confidence in their own shares, how d they expect the general public to have confidence?! They should increase their share holdings instead, especially in a weak market.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
