Why director keep disposed their shares ?
Is it something wrong with this company?
I think the company is okay (bcoz only one of the director's spouse & child keep selling)....so, just buy when the price is low ...short term aim for dividend, long term for capital gain.

The eps for the current qtr and the 6 months to date should be multiples by a factor of 1.5 to take into account of the bonus issue of 1:2 effected in Jan '15. The dps will therefore be 3
.84 & 13.08 respectively.

Much better than expectation result given low selling eggs price during this season. When eggs proce up, earnings can increase tremendously. Revenue still higher than 1 year ago, could be attribute to higher production of eggs.

Thus, buy eggs counter when eggs price is low. Sell when eggs price got to top.

i still believe egg price gonna rise in the future :)

but anyone can explain why the operating expense up so much this quarter?
is it becoz of the international corn and soybean price?
but i thought this company has purchased enough material till end of 2015 so that the material cost wont be affected.

ald sit in jail for now, long term is still a good counter but i dun like Nam family attitude especially in this downtrend movement. Everyday sell in negative trend make me disappointed with this company.

I find it curious, why cant you guys just take it tat the director has been "hinting" you guys before Q results, instead of blaming him that he is running first. Wait a minute, he is still the fking major shareholders in the company and you guys are bloody not!!! Who is running now, him or you?

The major shareholder is still holding more than 51% of the shares. What he has sold is not even 0.5% of his total holding. If you guys think that is "director running away", think twice or even thrice. Too many sin ka lan here.

Don't make panic on those weak holding power, i also sold some (15%)of my portfolio, this is because i have better choice to invest. In long term i still confident in TeoSeng. But this time no dividend is disappointed me.

Like I said, what they sold is so minimal. What is a few hundred thousand shares to their total holding of of more than 150 million shares? That is definitely not selling due to poor quarter result.

0.025 eps per quarter ttm is 0.100 small cap pe 8-10 times so fair price is 0.800-1.000

I alredy exit the boat...poor result, lower than my expectation...last time almost exit at 1.3 region, luckily you guys push until 1.6 and i am able to sold around 1.5 at least..
