@Happyman123 no doubt for me at least, thanks to the Federal vs State government's indecisiveness in allowing businesses to operate; on top of the risk of employers have to bear the brunt cost of cleaning / medical fees if their employees infected by Covid19 at workplace, I am positive that alot of companies out there will perform at least 1 cleaning before resuming business if not a regular cleaning basis.

Given that building managements won't be risking one company in the building to do cleaning, while others don't, means that the building management might get bigger companies such as AWC / peers to do the cleaning. With so many building in KL region alone requires cleaning especially after prolonged hiatus (i.e. Mold growing inside air conditioning unit / air ducts), there is no way that AWC does not benefit from this especially when they have certification / experience from cleaning government buildings and hospitals.

A quick research on their client portfolio will tell you that they are benefiting from this a big time, if not a very very very big time. Given that the weather is good and no sudden loss for them, I would not be surprised to see this QR / next QR to have a boost in their profits.

And then looking at the recent price / volume, you would know that alot of people think so too. Just my opinion, remember to do your own research before deciding, I am no sifu.

Natural of business is fairly stable. Company has net Cash of about 20 Cent.Most likely earning per share IE eps by forth quarter will be about 5 cents. With a price earning ratio of less than 10. Not to mention small dividend yield of at least 2%. Much better than many listed Companies that are Trading at ridiculously price.

the QR is good what compare to last month. Disinfection started since MCO. what else to worry. Check their recent announcement. With KTMB , MRT , check what is their client. Gamuda, Hsseb etc. Recent acquire of railway track , which is good . Guess what else they are doing when mrt,hsr etc started ..
