Though Shares price get reduced ,you hold more shares .in future if they declare dividends ,you will get more.like TG ,1st bonus share,then cash dividends...shareholders are happy.. TG will go ex 2moro like rubber

Companies issue bonus shares to encourage retail participation and increase their equity base.
When price per share of a company is high, it becomes difficult for new investors to buy shares of that particular company.

Increase in the number of shares through bonus shared reduces the price per share.

Don't sell your Ruberex before the qr! This one will keep going up. Word has it the results are record breaking. I don't mean just 50 or 60% higher. The extra 2 billion capacity came into production June. Pity those who sold last week.
