Doesn't mean price to come down.
Price weaker not necessarily of the warrants conversion.

It is misleading

Warrant conversion is one of the factors causing price adjustment. When you say "not necessarily", you mean that it has the element of causing the price to weaken

prices up n down are daily trading phenomenon. not NECESSARILY because of warants conversion or essos shares listing.
these are common knowlege, while it might coincidence price down with the same day of listing of new shares.
these are what i told my clients, knowlege important , rather than seeing all crows are black
