Surging property prices in Johor as seen from recent transactions with KSL, Paragon Globe, Crescendo and AME Elite are some of the anecdotal evidence that land prices are indeed moving up. Dont let syndicate fools you into thinking BULL RUN going to start SOON. It has already nearing the end stage. You jump into you die. The bull rally this year is very different from 1997, 2007,2020. Index dont move much, but selected counters up 600-1000% already. Watch what counters you step on, it may turn out to be land-mine
